Billing Terms — SPONDL Technologies

These Billing Terms apply to all services provided by SPONDL Technologies including development, automation, cloud, branding, cybersecurity & consulting.

1. Introduction to Billing

SPONDL Billing Terms define invoicing, payment cycles, advance payments, refunds, penalties, dependencies, and financial responsibilities between SPONDL and clients.

2. Quotation & Pricing Structure

  • Pricing depends on scope & workload
  • Custom features = custom pricing
  • GST may be applied separately
  • INR for Indian clients, USD for global clients

3. Advance Payment Policy

  • 50% Advance (Non-refundable) — Project start
  • 30% Mid-payment — Half project delivery
  • 20% Final — Before handover
  • Small tasks (₹5000–₹20,000): 100% upfront

4. Invoice Terms & Payment Cycles

  • Invoices due within 3 days
  • Late payments attract penalty
  • Payment modes: UPI, Bank Transfer, Cards, PayPal/Stripe

5. Late Payment & Penalty

  • 4–7 days late → 5%
  • 8–15 days late → 10%
  • 15+ days late → 15% + work pause
  • 30+ days → termination notice

6. Service Pause / Hold Rules

If payment is overdue, SPONDL may pause:

  • Development work
  • Meetings
  • Deployments
  • Emergency support

7. Refund Policy

No Refunds On:

  • 50% advance
  • Completed work
  • Time-based work already spent
  • Designs/code delivered
  • Client-side delays

Possible (Partial) Refunds:

  • Work not started
  • Duplicate payment
  • Overpayment

8. Change Requests & Extra Charges

  • New pages
  • New features
  • Extra automation workflows
  • Design changes after approval
  • API integrations not in original scope

Charges will be hourly or module-based.

9. Maintenance & Retainer Billing

  • Maintenance billed monthly in advance
  • Invoices sent on the 1st
  • Due within 3 days
  • Service pauses automatically on day 5

10. Project Handover & Final Payment

Before final delivery, ALL pending payment must be cleared.

Handover includes:

  • Source code
  • Files
  • Documentation
  • Credentials (if in scope)

11. Subscription-Based Services

If you buy hosting, cloud, email, API or automation infra from SPONDL → renewal before expiry is mandatory to avoid downtime.

12. Discounts & Promotions

  • Discounts cannot be combined
  • Not applicable on emergency work
  • Not applicable on 3rd-party costs

13. Taxation

GST applicable inside India. International clients must follow taxation per their country. SPONDL does not cover client-side taxes.

14. Billing Disputes

Any billing dispute must be raised within 48 hours of invoice. SPONDL will review and issue corrections if valid.

15. Termination & Payment Responsibility

  • Completed work must be paid
  • Pending milestones = payable
  • Advance is non-refundable
  • Access to systems may be restricted until dues cleared
