6. Payments & Billing

All payments follow our Billing Terms. Advance is mandatory, delays may cause penalty or service pause. No refunds after work begins.

  • Project timeline depends on client feedback
  • Only agreed scope is delivered
  • Extra features cost extra
  • Final files delivered after full payment

8. Prohibited Activities

  • Use SPONDL services for illegal activities
  • Exploit systems or servers
  • Copy or resell SPONDL code without permission
  • Upload malware or harmful scripts

9. Intellectual Property

Unless agreed otherwise, SPONDL retains rights to source code, templates, internal tools, and frameworks used to build your project.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. SPONDL never sells or misuses personal information.

11. Disclaimers

  • We do not guarantee SEO ranking results
  • We are not liable for 3rd-party software issues
  • Delays caused by client are not SPONDL’s fault
  • Internet/server outage outside SPONDL control

12. Limitation of Liability

SPONDL’s total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service. We are not responsible for financial loss, data loss, or third-party failures.

13. Termination

  • SPONDL may suspend services for abuse or non-payment
  • Client may terminate anytime with written notice
  • All dues must be cleared before termination is final

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Indian law (Gujarat jurisdiction).

15. Changes to Terms

We may update Terms anytime. Continued use of SPONDL services means you accept updated conditions.
